1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India from our warehouse in Karnataka.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • During peak seasons, festive periods, or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery within Karnataka: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery to other major Indian cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.

  • All timelines are estimated; unforeseen delays (courier issues, weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (if applicable, this will be mentioned on the website).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged / Missing Packages

  • If your package appears tampered with or damaged on delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately sing details provided below (Contact us).

  • For accepted packages, if you find breakage or damage:

    • You must send us clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

    • A video recording of unboxing is mandatory for any damage or breakage claims.

    • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery using details provided below (Contact us) with order details.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete.

  • Candlea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete details.
