At Candlea, every candle is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow the below Refund & Return Policy.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
As candles are personal-use, handcrafted items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or color variations.
Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
The product was received broken, damaged, or defective.
You received the wrong product compared to your order.
- At the time of delivery, please check the condition of the outer package.
- If the package looks tampered with or damaged, kindly reject the delivery and inform us immediately using details provided below (Contact us)
Conditions:
Mandatory: A complete video recording of the unboxing (from opening the sealed package to showing the product in hand) is required as proof in case of claims for breakage, leakage, or damage. Claims without unboxing videos will not be accepted.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by informing us using details provided below (Contact us) with your order details, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will verify and confirm eligibility.
Once approved, we will process a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Used or partially consumed candles.
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.
Shipping costs.
4. Refund Timelines
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
In case of replacement, we will ship the new product once the issue is verified.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed/shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, Candlea will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
In cases where the issue is not due to our error, shipping costs will not be refunded.
